Holly’s days are typically full of back-to-back meetings that can start early in the morning and run through the evening. As the owner of MasonBaronet, she’s not only meeting with clients and prospective clients, but she’s representing the firm within the community – volunteering her time on Boards and with other organizations.

 

Meeting essentials:

Always something to take notes with – whether a traditional notepad, iPad, phone or computer. You never know when a good idea may come to you, or when you need to jot something down so you won’t forget!

 

Job stress management:

Exercising regularly and sleep are essential! Plus, small breaks throughout the day. She also finds keeping on top of her calendar and to-do list helps her to feel more in control and therefore less stressed.
